How to Use Meditation for Weight Loss For Beginners

Meditation can help you turn inward, activate your heart's desires, and realize your life's vision. Manifesting through meditation can inspire you to open yourself up to the energy of the universe, and create the change you want to see. In fact, you can manifest anything you truly desire including healthy weight loss. And that’s what we’re going to guide you in this article.

Make sure you have a quiet place to stay during the 10 minutes.  Make yourself at home once you've found a quiet spot. You can sit or lie down in any position that feels comfortable to you. 

Begin by concentrating on your breathing, watching your chest or stomach rise and fall. Feel the air as it enters and exits your mouth or nose. Pay attention to the sounds that the air makes. Repeat for a minute or two, or until you begin to feel more relaxed. 


Next, with your eyes open or closed, perform the following steps: 

Take a long, deep breath in. Hold it for a few seconds. Exhale slowly and repeat. 

Breathe normally. Breathe into your nostrils, lift your chest, and observe how your stomach moves, but don't change. Focus on breathing for 5-10 minutes. 

Think about how easy it was to wander your mind while your eyes were closed. Next, admit how easy it was to return attention to your breath. 

Try to do this on a regular basis. Remember that the first few times may be ineffective. However, with regular practice, it becomes easier and more natural. All the best in your weight loss journey!
